situations. We are active in ports and terminals
nationwide, operating as freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port
contractors. With growing business worldwide,
we have developed additional services specifically to the shipping industry.
In particular, we have the Ship Agency Services for the major port centers
in the Philippines.

MOFS Ship Agency services
are summarized as follows:

Keep Principal (Ship Owners/Operators/ Charterer) informed of Agency related
matters for all ports vessel operations (ETA, berthing prospects/ allocation,
pilot/towage notification, pier & port facilities);

Coordinate pre-arrival requirements of boarding authorities and the services
of marine surveyors, stevedoring, arrastre and other port contractors;
-
Coordinate any special service in accordance with master's instructions.

Attends to the clearance of the vessel and arranges all other ports services
appertaining to the vessel's movement through port.

Update Principal's of vessel's loading or discharging progress on a
daily basis;
-
Crew immigration formalities, crew signing on/off, transfer & accommodations,
medical assistance, insurance claims and other matters.

Coordination in vessel's shifting, freight forwarding, warehousing, trucking
and custom brokerage services if required.
-
Forward Statement of facts and related cargo documents within twenty-four
(24) hours of departure.

Update Principals of vessels ETS and other port information.
CHANDELLING & HUSBANDING SERVICES

We are ready to assist in pier-side deliveries of pre-established list
of fresh provisions, galley supplies, potable water and others;

We also offer on-site support of cranes, gas cylinder exchange, bunkering/refueling,
small equipment repairs, and other additional services.

In cases where husbanding support must be supplemented or is not available,
MOF has trained pilot, welders, and line handlers available for deployment
on short notice.
SHIP REPAIR & MAINTENANCE

MOF Company (Subic) Inc. can provide quick and effective support to ship
repairs and other vessels needs from crewing, provisions, bunkering and
equipment in order that vessel repair needs are completely met in timely
manner and in accordance to IMO & SOLAS regulations.

Represent and act as owner's or chatterer’s agent for vessels calling on
Philippine Ports.

See to it that all requirements/needs of vessel, per owner's requests/orders
are being attended to.

Coordinate with discharge port agent to facilitate all entry and departure
requirements.

Coordinate and make representations with Port Authorities.
-
Coordinate with other ship's agent on matters affecting vessel based on
statement of facts and other documents presented.
